The Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics in the Arnold School of Public Health (ASPH) at the University of South Carolina (USC) invites applications for a nine-month tenure-track position in Biostatistics at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Candidates with research expertise in multivariate analysis, highdimensional data analysis, robust and nonparametric statistics, multilevel modeling, Bayesian modeling and survival analysis with applications in epidemiology, public health, biology, genetics, and precision medicine are particularly encouraged to apply. However, candidates from all areas of statistics will be considered.

Tenure Track Assistant or Associate Professor of Biostatistics
The Arnold School of Public Health (ASPH) at the University of South Carolina (USC) invites applications for an open tenure-track faculty position in biostatistics at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. The successful candidate will join health scientists on the campus of the Greenville Health System (GHS), a large, rapid-learning health system, with the goal of developing a research program in clinical epidemiology, health outcomes and health services research. Particularly encouraged to apply are candidates with expertise in medical informatics.

The successful candidates will be stationed at the GHS in Greenville, SC. Greenville is a beautiful city on a strong trajectory; nationally it is the 4th fastest growing city and has recently been ranked in the top 5 for livability and among the top 30 best places to live. The departmental home for the tenure-track appointments are in the ASPH’s Department of
Epidemiology and Biostatistics. The ASPH is located on the USC campus in Columbia, SC, a 1.5 hour drive from Greenville.
