“Carleton’s faculty is passionate about teaching and actively engaged in scholarship. We offer a growing major in statistics with unique opportunities such as a statistical consulting class in which students work in teams on data analysis projects solicited from the local community. We also plan to create a new minor in statistics and data science to provide opportunities for students not pursuing the statistics major. We are interested in candidates who are enthusiastic about teaching a broad range of undergraduate statistics courses, from the introductory to advanced level, and contributing to our growing statistics and data science curriculum.”
