The Department of Biostatistics in the School of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh is inviting applications for multiple tenure-track/tenured positions in the rank of assistant or associate professor, beginning in fall 2024 or earlier. The department is actively expanding its proficiency in the field of health data science, with emphasis on areas including machine learning, precision health, mobile health, electronic health records, statistical genetics/genomics, network analysis, imaging data, causal inference, large-scale observational studies, and spatiotemporal statistics as applied to environmental health. Exceptional candidates with other research focuses will also be considered.
