Lecturer – North Carolina State University

The Department of Statistics at North Carolina State University invites applications for a full-time Lecturer (non-tenure-track), to begin in January 2024 or August 2024.

Applicants must have a Master’s in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related area (or equivalent degree), with a doctoral degree preferred. Applicants with advanced degrees in another discipline with an emphasis in statistics will be considered.

The position can include a mix of teaching undergraduate and graduate courses (PhD required) in an in-person, online, or hybrid format. The applicant should have either experience in teaching or a demonstrated interest in teaching.

The initial appointment is expected to be for one or two years, with eligibility for subsequent appointments.
