The FFID enables the delivery of solutions for the fielded force across the domains of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTmLPF-P) for the Army Health System.
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
