Asst Professor of Statistics at Loyola University

Loyola University Chicago, College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Mathematics and Statistics, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Statistics, beginning in the fall semester of 2018. The position involves teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the department’s B.S. and M.S. programs, engaging in a productive program of research, and performing service at the department, college, and university levels.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Statistics, demonstrated experience in and commitment to quality teaching at the university level, and an active research program in statistics.  In addition, preference will be given to candidates whose research program is synergistic with the research of one or more members of the department’s applied statistics group.
